From time to time we receive comments from customers regarding different aspects of our site; features that are very much appreciated, such as our "Virtual Catalog Rack" and some aspects that they felt might need a little attention, such as parts look-up, specifically the inability to search for some specific product category or an individual part.
First, we want those valuable customers to know that we can't thank you enough for your feedback. We cherish your input more than you can imagine. Without that feedback we would have to rely on our own evaluation of our site, which is like an artist reviewing their own song or painting... not the most objective point of view.
EXPANSION COMING SOON!
To answer these comments/critiques, we would like to announce the coming of a new feature on our website that will expand the parts look-up capabilities by tenfold! Yes, it's true, Tognotti's Auto World will be teaming up with Catalog Rack.com to incorporate their vast data base of automotive parts of all kinds. This addition will make it possible to find virtually ('scuse the pun) any performance or aftermarket items available on the market today. It's been a long time in the making but just as the complete reconstruction of our site a couple of years ago did, it will make your shopping so much easier.
Until this happens, we hope you will bare with us and please remember that there is a whole additional 'World' of products available from Tognotti's that are not currently available to see on our site. This is one of the reasons for the "Contact Us" button. Please feel free to use it to email us your inquiries or call us on our toll free line to ask any questions you may have. We focus unrelentingly on customer service, and are always examining ways to improve our relationship with our customers.
